1.Product Description
The S11 oil immersed transformer produced by our company uses imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets stacked on top of each other, which not only greatly reduces no-load losses and no-load currents, but also ensures compactness by binding the iron core, effectively reducing operating noise. The high and low voltage windings are made of oxygen free copper, and the low voltage windings below 500KVA adopt a double-layer cylindrical structure, while those above 630KVA adopt a double helix or four helix structure. The high voltage windings adopt a multi-layer cylindrical structure, ensuring good conductivity and stability.


2.Product Advantage
Our company's products use Dyn11 in the connection group, which can significantly reduce the adverse effects of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power supply. Its fully sealed structure is a major highlight. It eliminates the oil storage tank and automatically adjusts the oil volume change through the elasticity of the corrugated oil tank's corrugated sheet, isolating the transformer from air and effectively preventing and slowing down oil degradation and insulation aging, extending its service life. During normal operation, there is no need to hang the core or repair it. In addition, the transformer has excellent short-circuit resistance design, such as using low axial short-circuit force structure coils and high reliability support structure body, greatly improving the ability to withstand short circuits.

Environmental temperature: maximum temperature+40 ºC;
The average temperature of the hottest month is+30 ºC;

The minimum outdoor temperature is -25 ºC;
The waveform of the power supply voltage is approximately a sine wave;
For three-phase transformers, the three-phase power supply voltage should be roughly symmetrical;
