I. Overview
As the core protection device of low-voltage power distribution system, Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) complies with IEC 60947-2 and GB/T 14048.2 international standards, and is designed for circuits with rated voltages of AC 1000V/DC 1500V and below and rated currents of 16A to 1600A, realizing full-scenario protection and power on/off control of overload, short circuit, and ground fault. Its structural design integrates modular packaging and intelligent tripping technology, and is widely used in building power distribution, industrial automation, new energy power generation, and energy storage systems.

Compact & Protected Design
Flame-retardant engineering plastic housing (UL 94 V-0 rating) with IP20/IP40 protection, resisting impact, dust, and moisture for industrial and civil applications.
High Breaking Capacity
Standard breaking capacity up to 50kA (400V AC), high-performance types up to 150kA. Integrated metal grid arc extinguishing system quenches arcs within 0.02s to ensure circuit safety.
Flexible Protection Configuration
Thermomagnetic Release: Suits basic overload/short-circuit protection (D-curve for motor starting surges);
Electronic Release: Supports four-stage protection (long-time delay for overload, short-time delay for short circuit, instantaneous trip, and ground fault), with adjustable parameters and ±5% accuracy.
Wide Current Range
Rated current from 16A to 1600A, covering branch circuit (16-250A) and main circuit (400-1600A) protection. Available in 1P/2P/3P/4P pole configurations.
Smart Interconnectivity
Optional communication modules (Modbus/Profibus) enable remote monitoring and fault warning, compatible with intelligent power distribution systems.
High Reliability & Longevity
Silver-alloy contact design ensures electrical life ≥10,000 operations and mechanical life over 20,000 cycles for long-term stable operation.
