I. Overview
The GCS low - voltage withdrawable switchgear is applicable to the power distribution systems in industries such as power plants, petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, textiles, and high - rise buildings. In places with a high degree of automation such as large - scale power plants and petrochemical systems, where an interface with computers is required, it serves as a low - voltage complete power distribution device for power distribution, centralized control of motors, and reactive power compensation in power generation and supply systems with a three - phase AC frequency of 50(60)Hz, a rated working voltage of 380V(400V), (660V), and a rated current of 4000A and below.
II.Performance Indicators
The design of the device complies with the following standards:
IEC 439 - 1 Low - voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies
GB 7251 Low - voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies
ZBK 36001 Low - voltage withdrawable switchgear assemblies
III.Main Structure
The main framework adopts 8MF - type open - mouth section steel. Two side surfaces of the section steel are respectively provided with mounting holes with module sizes of 20mm, 100mm, and a diameter of Φ9.2mm, enabling flexible and convenient internal installation.
The assembly form of the main framework is designed into two types: a fully assembled structure and a partially (side frames and cross - beams) welded structure, for users to choose from.
The functional compartments of the device are isolated from each other. The compartments are divided into functional unit compartments, busbar compartments, and cable compartments. The functions of each compartment are relatively independent.
The horizontal main busbars adopt a rear - mounted arrangement style behind the cabinet, to enhance the busbars' ability to resist electric force. It is a basic measure to enable the main circuit of the device to have the capability of withstanding short - circuit strength.
The design of the cable compartment makes it extremely convenient for cables to enter and exit from the top and bottom.
